Yes they have, but most of us who have the MLB package and the HD package are getting screwed by DTV.

Absolutely fantastic. Im watching it right now on 94. I had Dtv installed this morning and I spoke to 2 different reps, both said they didnt have the YES channel in HD. They need to get themselves straihtened out in the office. I am SO HAPPY that I got HDDirectTV installed now.. WOW. and to top that off, the Yanks are winning :D

That's a nice setup you got there on the "My TV" link. It would be really cool if you could get one monster hard drive that could hold all 900 of those DVD's on one disk..... :)

If I could do that, Id start my own movies on demand service ;) Im getting rid of most of those DVD stands... I ordered a shelf/cabinet that holds 700

Many people who run out of room for food in their kitchens have a "pantry". Looks like you could use a "Video Pantry".

I have Directv MLB Extra innings, Channel 622 YES,
Directv $10.99 HD Package, and a guide that shows
Channel 94 and sometimes Channel 95 as HD MLB.
I have yet to see a single game in HD on any of these
channels in North Carolina.

I just received this answer from DTV. Looks like other RSN's will be added this summer.

Thank you for writing. I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding. Please
understand that DIRECTV has not acquired any HD games for the MLB Extra Innings.

HD Games on channel 94 or 95 are HD broadcasts from a Regional Sports Network (RSN).
Due to agreements between the these local Networks and Major League Baseball, the
Network does not have the rights to deliver the HD feeds of games to customers who
live outside of the local Network's home market. Unless your RSN is broadcasting
an HD game, you will not be able to view the HD feed on channel 94 or 95. Your RSN's
include Comcast SportsNet West and FSN Bay Area.

Viewers who subscribe to MLB Extra Innings outside of the Network’s home market
will still receive the standard definition feeds in the MLB Extra Innings channels.

During the 2005 season we will be expanding our regional HD coverage beyond the
YES network to offer a variety of games on channel 94. The details are still being
worked out so please stay tuned to DIRECTVSPORTS.com/mlb for the latest information
as it becomes available.

Do you live in the NY area? I could not get the Yankees in HD on channel 94 in Florida.

I get it on 94 in Connecticut. The Dtv HD package is totally worth it now :D
