Did all of DTV trouble shooting, ghadrd reboot and also the regular reboot.. From what I have read there was a update the 29th of April...I got it...are there other issues with the upgrade?...Or shoudl I cal them and have them look at the dish.... :what:

I had the same problem with that update as well, but a reboot solved my problem.

OK..I looked at the connections and th elocation of the dish on the roof... Looks like the installer picked a really bad spot...Next Question..are all HD on 99 and 101 now? or is 110 and 119 still in use...Either I am haveing to trim my tree, my neightbors tree orget the dish Moved..I am really pissed...

The original mpeg-2 HD channels are still on the 110 & 119 sats. The new mpeg-4 HD channels are on the 103(c) sat.

well just got off the phone with DTV CS, went straight to the Superviser... Got an appointment to move the dish, 49 bucks but I get free HBO for 3 months, so pretty much a wash..Just had to badger the guy a little, considering a professional installed the dish... got he Our installers don't know how bushy a tree might get and the tree must have grown,,,,BS in MN a tree does not grow in Feb and March....and not enough to block a properly positioned dish...

So Fight it till the bitter end, they will make it fell like you get a deal....
