DLP circular lines under the Screen? Help?

Just bought a Sammy HL-P 5085W about two months ago. Haven't really used it until now. I just noticed in the center of the screen, about 2-3 inches from the top, when there is white or a light color picture, there is a perfectly shaped circular outline, like an umbrella or upside down U. It is only visible upclose and when the picture is bright.

Its not a mark on the screen it looks like something underneath the screen but it is not a smudge or anything like that?

I called Samsung and they are sending a Tech out, but i am wondering if anyone else had a problem like this or has any idea what it could be.

I am hoping its nothing serious and that it can be fixed. Thanks. CM

Additionally, bought a Toshiba SD 5980 the newest one from best buy. Connected it via HMDI and for the first hour the picture was amazing. After that it started to freeze every two minutes... I took the DVD out and put it in my other players, while the picture was not as nice, it worked fine. I called Toshiba and they had no good answers, so I am going to return it back to BB. Has anyone had problems like this as well? CM

Might have something to do with the hdmi copywrite protection. Try using component cables to see if the player still freezes. Good Luck.
