My signal strength is not as good as it should be, do i need to go and move my dish around to get better signal strength or is there another way to do that??

Before you adjust the dish, look for any movable objects blocking the dish. (tree limbs, etc) I was having signal issues after every rain, turns out a tree branch would droop in front of my dish because of the weight of the water. Once it dried out, no problems.

If there is nothing in the way of the signal, check your connections at the dish and receiver. Don't look for just a tight fit on the terminal, but make sure the plug is tight on the cable. If that's all good, then there may be a kink or problem with the cable run from the dish to the receiver.

After that, if everything is alright and there is still poor signal strength, you need to move/realign the dish itself.
