More than one HR20 upgrade within 6 Months?

I upgraded to the HR20 about 2 weeks ago and have not had any of the issues that I have read about, I don't like it as much as my old Tivo but the HD is worth it. Anyway I called to get another one and was told that I could only upgrade 1 box per 6 months. Is this true and is there any way to get another HR20 before 6 months?

Thanks!

fwiw, I had a old hd tivo die on me, when I told them to just delet the one extra reciever and I would save a extra $5, they said the could replace it with a new hd dvr, just cost shipping. I was surprised as I wasn't even asking for it. however I did have my hr20 700 for longer than 6 months, but not by much.

Yes I've gotten three in the last month as replacement for H10-250. First one cost 19.95 last two were no charge.

So should I just keep calling and hope to find a CSR that will upgrade me?

It's an old series 2 Tivo, I believe it's a samsung but I can't remember for sure.

If you don't mind paying $299, you can get all the HR20's you want at best buy/circuit city.

is it still working? as I said, mine died and when I was going to drop the extra reciever fee they offered to replace it...maybe if it had some type of accident....:what:
