Screen is a tad crooked

I have a Sammy HLs5687w and I noticed that the screen is a tad higher on the right side than on the left. It really is only noticeable on sports tickers and stuff like that at the bottom, but still quite annoying to me. It's not much of a slant, but I was wondering if you guys have dealt with the same thing and if you did anything about it.

Thanks in advance.

Well I went into the "secret/not so secret" service menu and it gives you the option to adjust the horizontal and vertical picture, but that does not address the slant that I see.

Again, it's a slight downhill slant that goes from the right side to the left. It's very noticeable on sports tickers and the like.

I wish I could click on the lower left hand side of the picture and drag it up a bit like you would if you were editing a photo on the computer, ya know?

Anyways, I bailed out of the service menu because I don't know what the hell any of that stuff means. If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks!

Ya, I don't know if the screen itself is off kilt and I need to have somebody take it apart. Or if it's a simple fix in one of the service menus.

Anybody deal with this before?

There is a control in the service menu that can address this issue but it takes a qualified service technician to correct it. If your TV is new, that is still under warranty, call the manufacturer and complain to them until they send a technician to correct it.

There is a section of the menu called "picture quality" and it has a tab called "advanced settings". However, the only two adjustments are vertical position and horizontal position. Is there a whole other menu that allows the picture to be tilted or, in my case, untilted? thanks for your help!!

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough in my previous post, it is in the service menu that a qualified technician would have to adjust. Not in any user accessible menus.
