Samsung HL-T5656W

I saw the above model at Costco and came home to do some research. At the store it says it is a full 1080P with 1920x1080. Yes on the Samsung website it shows it being a 720P. It is not even listed on the Canadian Samsung website (sometimes model change from country to country)

I also Googled the model number and could not find any reviews or anything.

Has anyone got any info on this?

Thanks

Derek

You know, you have a good question. If you go to the Samsung site and go to DLP tvs, then to the compare screen and put in your model and the HLT 5055w, it shows yours as 720p on the top, but in the description, 1080p, and it shows the 5055w as 720p. Seems like they wouldn't make two 720p 50" tv. Anyhow, it's a mystery.....Obviously Samsung isn't sure either :what:

Maybe you can go to the store and look at the back or side or something on the actual tv to get to the real resolution.
