IMO this is really nothing more than time shifting, and I thought there's plenty of case law supporting that. And what about the "Start Over" type services some MSOs are talking about? Again, not EXACTLY the same, but still is all boils down to time shifting. Still, it occurs to me that copyright is a smoke screen to hide the real concern, that ads will be fast forwarded through.
