Hey all, I might be picking up an RCA D52W20 for $400 this weekend. For whoever owns one, how do you like it? I know it doesnt have 720, but how is the upconversion to 1080i? ive read mixed reviews. Ive seen some pictures of ones with real sharp pictures, and some with not so sharp. Im just assuming some were showing HD and some werent. Any opinions would be great. thanks!

For $400 it is not a bad price. How old is it?

I don't own 1 but a RCA HD ready 52 '' RP with DVI. How can you go wrong for $400! (as long as the PQ is still good) Especially since the model is only 2-3 years old I believe. And if you can have him throw in a case of Heineken, even better. The TV still lists for around a grand or more on some web sites that still list it. Hopefully he had it hooked up to a HD signal, SD signal and a good DVD player so you can see for yourself. Its 2 years old...and the pictures dont look so great. But im assuming he didnt have HD hooked up to it (or so I assume) but Im waiting for a reply back. I might just go check it out this weekend and if it doesnt looks so great then ill pass. But I want a sharp picture HDTV. We'll see
