Discoloration on my hdtv

I have discoloration on my 30'' sanyo hdtv. how much do you think it will cost to get it fixed?

No one here is going to give you some estimate when we can't see the problem and can't confirm what's the cause. If it's under warranty and you've done all the troubleshooting recommended, then you should call and get someone to look at it.

Look through your manual and see if it has any troubleshooting guidance. Specifically, if it has any instructions on how to degause the screen.

Also, try unplugging the set for a minute or two, and then plugging it back in.

My Samsung has a known problem with corner discoloration. Unplugging the set for at least 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in, causes the system to degause, which fixes the problem.

how long have you had the tv? if it is under 30 days then return it dont let them repair it.

i unplugg it for like 5 minutes and it worked. thanx my man.
