Hello all, my name is Patrick from New Jersey. I'm in the market for a led/lcd 50-55 inch flat panel TV 1080p 120hz that won't blur when there is fast pace movements on the screen with decent angle viewing. I watch a lot of football and action movies, I have a roku so real need for the smart tv features. I have a budget of $650 so I know that will only get me so far. I've done a bit of research but with so much out there claiming many things I thought it would be best to turn to some real people who know. Black Friday is upon us so I thought now might be a good time to snag a deal, any help would be great thanks!

your price line is not going to buy anything of much quality, you'd be better served with a Panasonic 50s60 plasma.

I agree with Riz. Based on your requirements plasma will serve you better. The only other plasma that matches your budget and needs would be Samsung's PN51F5300, Black Friday promotion for under $600.

Thank you for the replies gentlemen, I've known in the past plasma set's to suffer from "burn in" is this still the case with today's plasma's?

Provided you use a little discretion in your gaming habits and avoid static images you'll be fine.
