DISH cancels RV/CV Network feeds with 10 days notice

I have Dish in a Motor Coach and subscribed to DISH RV/CV which is their East and West Coast Network feed last year. They sent me forms to renew in September and it was approved. Both Coast Networks include HD programming. Received an email from DISH today informing me that they were discontinuing these Network feeds effective 11/15/2012, not much lead time, and that I could obtain similar network feeds in SD, not HD from "All American Direct". They claim it is a separate company not associated with DISH, which is clearly untrue. The forms on their web site are the same forms I just completed to renew the service 6 weeks ago with DISH, and they are located in the same town. Checked their rates and in the process, you lose HD programming on the network feeds, and they are charging more.

Does anyone have an idea what is going on with this? I did not want to use DISH in the first place and it has been an ongoing problem since I signed up a little over a year ago.

I don't know the reason these channels are not available after this date. Thanks.
