Recommendations for Splitting Cable Signal

I need some ideas on how to split the cable for my house. I have 1 cable modem and 7 TVs. 2 of the TVs have digital cable boxes. I'm running RG6-Quad Shield. The longest run from the demarcation point to any TV is 60ft. I can't remember what the cable guy said the signal strength was. He did say it was "Excellent", but I don't remember what it was.

I know the modem should be at the first 2-way split, but beyond that I'm lost. I have no clue on what type of splitters to use either, so suggestions there would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to try w/o a signal amplifier and add it later if needed. I can make all splits at the same point and run the cable from there.

you will need an splitter/amp. There is no way around it with the lengths involved.
