When I want to say move it around from my garage to say inside the house, if the exhaust vent in the garage is hooked up via the kit it comes with, when I take it in the house and say put it in a room, will the vent just hang out the window or what? That surely wouldnt seem like a good seal so how are you guys that said it can be moved around, what would be the hookup for the vent at the other spots in the house?

Also, in regards to the ventilators, does it have to be a powered one? I never installed one before so I'm not sure if a non powered one would be fine for what I am trying to do or not.

The window kit for most are a simple install/de-install and should not be an issue at all. So it can be moved around pretty easily with the unit.. Some differ I would imagine.. And if you don't want to do that all the time, you can probabably order a 2nd window kit for pretty cheap or just make 1 yourself.
