I own a golf course and want to put 2 HDTV outside. Probably need 55-58 inches. Any recommendations?

You cannot put normal TVs outside without protection and ventilation. They make specific TVs for this use, but they cost about 5x more money.

You would need to put it in an enclosure and install air vents & fans exhausting the air to use a normal TV but then you still have to worry about humidity levels. Make sure you check the specs on the TV in regard to operating environment limits for temp & humidity.
