LCD help

boondoggle

I'm buying a LCD to go on a covered patio area that sometimes has high abient light, etc.
I've narrowed in down to 1080P 120hz low end sets.
I'm considering the Sony E500 or the Sammie C630.
Which one would be the most reliablable and viewable in a fairly extreme enviroment.
thx

Samsung's C630 has better off axes viewing vs. Sony's E500 series. Both are good choices for your use. If you can upgrade to a LED/LCD you will greatly improve the pq. Like Samsung's C5300

Thanks for no help.

Pun intended.

I think Robert provided you with an answer, and it had nothing to do with a Panasonic plasma.

Don't really know what else you were looking for.

Robert was informing you of an LCD(LED) panel that has achieved a better off-axis viewing and nothing about Plasma displays ....so why the slam ?

Samsung C630 is the best for LCD's. No other answers needed other than you should go Plasma. j/k

Maybe moondoggie was expecting to be steered towards a Panasonic plasma and got upset when he wasn't ?
