Stupid question, but is it harmful if a TV wobbles on its stand?

I have an LCD Sony Bravia set up on my desk on the stand it came with. Sometimes when i accidentally crash my leg or something into the desk, the TV wobbles on the stand a little for a couple seconds. It's happened repeatedly but I just fixed it.

But anyway, is it possible that this harmed the TV? I'm probably being paranoid but whatever.

We just got a new 55" LCD and it came with an anchor thingy to attach to the back of the tv then tie to your stand or a wall anchor. But an equally easy way to anchor the tv is look on the back of the tv and locate the mount holes in the back. They will have predrilled screw anchors recessed into the tv's back. Get a short bolt or two which corresponds with the hole size, put the bolts into the holes and then tie a cord from the bolt to the back of your stand/desk to steady the tv. It works and the holes are already there. You'll probalby have to attach another screw into the back of your desk to tie the cord on to, but it's better than possibly knocking the tv off.
