Say I bought a Panasonic AE700 for around $1,900. What else would I need to buy so set up high definition?
I have cox cable and they are hooking me up to high definition in a couple of weeks.
What wires will i need?
Is it ok not to use a ceiling mount and just hook it up directly on a cart?
I bought surround sound all ready and have thx audio wires. How does a front projector connect to the reciever?
Am I missing anything? I just want to know because I just purchased a 52" DLP rear projector for $1,999 (Toshiba) but i have not picked it up yet. I want someone to tell me it will not be much more to get a front projector so I can cancell my order. I know with just the projector and screen it will be around $2,400. How much more. Please help me!!!!

It is fine to use a "cart" for your projector, but there are things you should consider.Just to name a few, where the cart will have to set in relation to your seating arrangement. How much backlight comes out of the unit, fan noise, and heat. The panny has a pretty quiet fan but must be considered a little more when planning a "cart" mount.

As far as being connected to your receiver, hopefully you are talking about the STB that Cox will provide. If it has HDMI that will work best for ya for video. The audio should be provided to the surround system through the STB,not the projector.Good Luck.
