I would like to add an additional HDTV to my current setup. I currently have a VIP612, which is connected to my 42" LG Plasma. I also have a VIP222K, which is connected to two 25" SD televisions. The new HDTV I am purchasing will be in a room that currently does not have a television. Will Dish allow me to lease a receive or will I have to purchase it?

You can have 3 leased receivers up to 6 outputs, so you may be eligible for another receiver.

Be aware that as of Feb. 1, Dish is charging receiver fees on all but your primary receiver and for dual output DVRs it is $17, single output DVRs it is $10, dual output recievers it is $14, single output receivers it is $7.

Thanks Jim. Do you think any rewiring will need to occur to accomodate the 3rd receiver?

Each receiver must have its own RG-6 cable from the Dish or switch.
