Reboot the VIP211k

How ofter do you all have to reboot the VIP211k? I seem to have to do this too often. I have had to do it 4 times in the 2 weeks I have had it.

Oh, it is a major pain to do.

Instead of rebooting, try unplugging it from power for 1/2 hour then plug it back in to the wall (Dish recommends that you do not plug it in to a surge protector). That should resolve your issue of having to reboot so often.

Seems very odd to not want me to use a surge suppressor. I am going to call them when I get home and do some trouble shooting with them.
