TX-P3071WH QAM question...

I read something about firmware upgrade for this set's QAM to work.
Does anybody know someone or have exprience on this matter?

I want to know if this really works or not, before I call Samsung and get the service.

Calling is the only way you'll find out if it's real or not... I'm skeptical it's possible, but it may be...

I just called SAMSUNG c/s, and the answer was they don't have any clue about QAM.:(
I googled this matter and found some info at another forum.
Some people actually wrote they got the firmware upgrade and it worked(with some problem).
It's kinda frustrating knowing that some people got the service and SAMSUNG tech service is saying they have no record or info on this matter.
I'm still trying to find out if it is true or not.
I'm gonna call Samsung's local services and see if I can get any answers.
Will post more on this matter.
