The add-in video would not only increase your options (such as a card with component out which would take care of the HDCP problem) but also take some heat off the CPU.

I checked the specs on this set from the previous post and it shows your native resolution 1366x768 (which is essentially 720p). That figures with that size set (I have a Dynex with the same resolution). I'm using a VGA cable since I can't get my Nvidia card to fit the screen properly in Win 7 with component or HDMI, and your set shows a VGA input. Try that first and see how it works. You did get good advice from the last post about the PSU also.
