That NV Keystone is actually there in all newer versions of the NVIDIA drivers. I have never used it, but I found it easily enough, just do a search for "keystone.exe". However you don't want to use it if possible, it is a special tech made to correct for like projector display distortion, and as such requires a bunch of system power to do it.
NVIDIA's newest drivers have all sorts of overscan/underscan, etc. options that would probably work better.
