The one I never see talked about is "A Turtle's Tale: Sammy's Adventures", and it is literally the single best 3D I have ever seen. It's very difficult to find a US version of the 3DBD for sale, but it is on NetFlix. The movie itself isn't anything spectacular; it's just a predictable animated kids movie, but is easily the most jaw-dropping, can't resist trying to touch this thing in front of your face 3D I have ever witnessed.

If you want "realistic depth" effects, watch Avatar, but if you want an entire flick coming out of the screen... this is the movie. Literally every scene has something floating in the middle of the room. Blows everything else I have seen completely out of the water (including the potato cod scene in IMAX Under The Sea.)

That said, I've only watched it on a active 3D DLP projector, which literally has zero cross-talk. Watching something this extreme on a display device that has cross-talk would probably be a nightmare...

Avatar is indeed the best.

I just watched THE WALK and I'm sure it was stunning in 3-D. (I nearly blew lunch in 2-D.)

The only decent 3d movie I've ever seen is 'Valentine'. It was like a slasher movie. A few years back in the theatre. Other then that one, all have been duds.
