Although there may be a decision to favor Blu-ray over HD DVD, this only applies to store inventories. Please be assured that online will continue to have HD titles available for members.

It didnít seem well "thought out" to me as it did seem more of a generalized answer. It would seem from the response that I got that even though this was a general decision, separate store owners have the right or ability to carry HD DVD in store. All she said was that I had to ask. It seems "odd" that you got a response back in the form that you presented here. Donít get me wrong, I am not saying that you didnít get that answer, but it seems like an answer that would come from a BR extremist.
