Recording Canceled Because of Permissions (15)
I had a program scheduled to record this morning (9/2/18) on channel 209. It did not record and under History I received the following message "Recording Canceled Because of Permissions (15)". I checked the permissions for content and purchases and they were all set up to record anything I ask for.
I called DirecTV and the representative spent some time getting an answer, she finally said I had a bad HDD in my DVR and she wanted to send me a new DVR (I have an HR44/500), I told her to go ahead and send it. So I will install it and see if the problem returns.
