I had to contact ATT again as the fellow that agreed to the 2 year contract, did not perform the correct procedure or not at all.
I got 2 months credit for over charges per verbal agreement back in February. Now, I understand, after talking to this new person and working through approvals, put on hold, for my 2 year contract after 40 minutes, I received a reduced package price of $164.00 a month. She issued the credits right away and told me to pay the current billing at a lessor amount.
We will see what happens now, if they hold per verbal agreement and if she pushed the right buttons to lock in the price until August 2019.
