Just out of curiosity, does the titantv.com guide work for you? If so, then Cox is supplying them the info.

Titan does work perfectly, but that is only on the internet. I hadn't used it for a long time. Can't even remember what I used it for before.
I tried WMC again with just my TV antenna and it came up with the guide fine with that. Is this any indication that it will work with COX also? I only have cable or satellite for college football as I use my antenna with my computers and BeyondTV which still works beautifully. I'll probably wait until next August to see if WMC is working with COX. The signals work fine through HDHomeRun but no guide the last time I tried (I think it was 2014).
I do appreciate your info so if you have any updates let me know.
