The second TV will not be as good as the first one, the feed is an RF signal and is not a digital (ATSC) signal but the old NTSC signal, it's as good as you will get with that output, it will never be HDMI quality.

For HDMI quality you need ether a HDMI to RF converter, or a HDMI to CAT6 converter, this would feed the #1 signal to the second TV, at the main TV you would need a HDMI splitter to feed the second TV signal source, another way is to use the component outputs on the VIP222 and feed the RF link or CAT6 converter.

With this setup you can only use the single mode on the VIP222.
