No I haven't. But then again I'm not sure how much this is used really. Since the HD capacity of DVDs are so limited it reduces the overall usefulness. Movies, for example, will not fit on a 4.7 GB DVD even the raw data file. The double layer DVDs may work better.
I think most people who use the 1212s either use their HTPC or a media player to play the recorded files.
Maybe you could tell us what you are recording and why having a DVD that will play in your Blu-ray player is important for you.
