That card, whether agp or pci-e shows that it should have come with the component/s-video/analog dongle or a dvi/hdmi adapter that would include audio. If you don't have either, I highly suggest getting the hdmi adapter from monoprice. If it's a generic adapter that doesn't have audio, you can just use the same audio you are using for the VGA which is how most tvs are configured.

At that screen size, though a lower resolution won't be as noticable, but you're still better off with the hdmi or component input. At least you have options if you upgrade to a larger screen.
