Switching Tuners?

Does anyone know of a way to switch between tuners? For example if 2 programs are recording, how can i easily switch between the two of them without typing in the channel number. I would have thought i could just hit the channel button and it would go to the other tuner, but no luck, any thoughts?

My remote has a "swap" button that does just that.
If i use channel numbers, it tells me that the recording may be jepordized and to use the swap button.

Is this for the multi room DVR?
