Gone!!!

Folks,
All of a sudden ALL the recorded programs on the upstairs STP[7100] disappeared. The downstairs DVR has all the recorded shows still in queue. What to do???? Any recovery steps to copy downstais to upstairs.....the DVR to the STP???? Thanks.

Have you tried an autocorrection on the 7100?

Yup!...isn't called something else on the menu. I saw somthing on the same row as "view", Add hardware, etc or something similar. Am I in the same place you're talking about?????

No, it's not in the Add Hardware area. This function is in the Customer Support, In-Home Agent area of the Main Menu and is the STB/DVR Auto-Correct option.

YOU are the BEST....it worked!!!!! I'd love to know WHY it went away in the ist place???!!!???

Remember, these boxes are just special purpose computers, and sometimes **** happens. Glad it's better.

Happened to me twice too.
Just a simple RESET DVR selection did the trick (also 7100 box).
But it was a bit of a palpitation moment when I saw NOTHING the first time.
