Default What type of Cable and Connectors does FIOS use?

Sorry newbie here. I currently have FIOS installed, however since the tech install the wires around the outside of my house, my dog chew thru the wires and now my TV service is gone. So thinking of replacing the cable myself but I have a few questions and do we have FIOS installer in this forum? or anyone that knows what brand and type of cable they use.

Here is what I wanted to know:
What Brand and What type of RG6 cable do they use? Dual, Tri or Quad shield?
What Brand of compress fittings do they use?

I know brand name plays a big factors in the quality of the cable even if they are both quad shielded, and I am going to be running this wire from one side of the house to the other side of the house and it will be some where about 150-200ft in length and outdoor.

Sorry... don't know. Maybe Italian can help - he was an installer at one point. BTW, it could be worse - one of my neighbor's dogs had a thing for the actual fiber. The installer left it looping kinda close to the ground going into the ONT, and their dog, well, ate it. I could make a joke that at least the dog was getting enough fiber in its diet, if it weren't for the fact that swallowing glass like that can't be healthy for any animal.

The cables or fittings don't matter. I've re-run cable in my basement to various places in the house using stuff I've bought at Best Buy, online, Lowe's, etc.

Quality cable can be had inexpensively at www.monoprice.com and their online "HELP" will advised you of the cabling necessary. Don't let their prices fool you they are high quality as many posters here will confirm. Don't be sucked in by the Monster Cable syndrome.

Use RG-6 cable (only) and compression fittings.
