Default My guide went small

All of a sudden my guide on all three 7000 DVRs went from full 9x16 HD size to 4x3. The programs look ok but I want that big guide back. Any way to fix that??????

No, there's no reason to call. This means you got the updated version of the s/w. The prior s/w version made all of the guides on the 7xxx series of boxes wide. This new version 'fixed' that. If you like the wide guide, just wait. Verizon is updating the s/w to allow you to choose how you see the guide.

That's good to hear, I like a widescreen guide.
