Default Led Display

The picture quality, although noticeably better than your standard LCD TVis not the most impressive part of it. The film showing on the LED TV was not an action film with fast moving images, it was a normal kind of everyday film, but boy can you notice the difference. The camera pans as it would do in any film, from one person to another, and that is where the biggest difference lye’s. The first thing you notice is that the images keep amazing clarity as the camera moves, and it is very noticeable, especially when you go back on home to a normal LCD TV. To be quite honest I didn’t thing the difference would be that great, especially to the point that I would pick it up in the first 10 seconds of looking at it. After that I spent a further 10 minutes staring and contemplating how I can raise the money for one of these.

So who the hell deleted my post? I've seen utter spam threads survive on the forum for weeks, yet the mods have time to remove my post? (which is not spam by the way)

Whatever. Thread content seems to have changed anyway. I'll just leave it at that...

Your post was not deleted, but you posted in a thread started by a spammer and the software deletes threads that are started with the first post being a deleted spam post.

I can recover the post if you would like to repost it in a new thread or a existing thread. Sorry your post got caught in the crossfire, but we have a real problem lately with spambots, and if you see any such posts please use the report feature to report them to us.

EDIT:

I removed the link and restored the post.

Ahh so that's what happened.... Wasn't aware that he was a spam bot.

The thread poster didn't seem to have good layout sense in terms of the post content.

Nah no need to make my post it's own thread. Nothing in it's current form would make for a thread anyway. I can edit it so that it would would warrant a thread about the issue of Samsung's "false advertising".

But I'm a bit lazy right now so I'll put it off til tomorrow maybe.

Also noticed it's not the same poster either. I guess I confused it for the same thread and poster. (as I thought he edited the first post to read something different and my post then mysterously disappeared lol )

I recently viewed a Samsung LED LCD at both Best Buy, and a local electronics store, and while I was blown away by it's clarity, I quickly developed a headache (5 minutes). Anyone else have a similar experience?

Too bright for me and just plain too much light for the eyeballs to handle for long periods of time. Be warned...

Solution = Wear Sunglasses while watching it.

Or at least that's what they need to put on the packaging. :P

Plus you saw the "Display Model", which means they probably maxed out the brightness settings and such to give it more impact on new customers and such.

I'm pretty sure there are lower brightness settings.
