Picture keeps freezing
I am located in Nor Cal. Lately my picture has been freezing about once every hr or 2. When this happens I have to change the channel to get it going again. Is this normal? Is this a known problem?

it's not normal. Nor is it a known problem that I'm aware of. I'd give AT&T a call. Possibly there's an issue with your signal, or it could the DVR itself causing the problem. do you notice it on all TV's or just one?

In that case, I would definitely give technical support a call. They should be able to help you pinpoint the problem either over the phone, or through a service visit.

Problem solved
I called tech support and they handled it over the phone in about 15min.
