Fans of the Rams Suicide Watch Thread

I was thinking about the growth of this now "Mass Suicide" watch.

Some people who I work with are required to wear these kevlar sleeves

I think they might be a good buy for Rams fans. Especially if you're watching games where knives are readily available (home, sports bar, danger!).

Just sharpie on some navy stripes and you're good to go Rams faithful!

The Rams are on the NFL Network tonight at 4p (Eastern Time) against the Jets. I say this because it will probably be the only time the Rams are broadcasted to a national audience. Yippee for me.

Bulger injured during Monday practice

The St. Louis Rams expect to be without Marc Bulger for at least two weeks after the veteran quarterback broke the pinky finger on his throwing hand during practice Monday morning.
The freak injury, described by the team as a non-displaced fracture, occurred during a center exchange. Bulger will not wear a cast while the injury heals.

Kyle Boller becomes the Rams' starter while Bulger recovers. Bulger, 32, did not miss a game to injury last season or in 2006. He missed four games in 2007.

Boller, signed in free agency from the Baltimore Ravens, started eight games last season, completing 61.1 percent of his passes with nine touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Boller owns a 20-22 regular-season record as a starter, all with the Ravens. His career passer rating is 71.9.

Bulger was 36-24 as a starter before losing all but four of 27 starts over the last two seasons. The Rams benched him for one game last season.

The Rams' passing game was already operating at a deficiency before Bulger's injury. Top receiver Donnie Avery could be sidelined into the regular season after suffering a broken bone in his left foot. Receivers Brooks Foster and Tim Carter suffered less serious injuries during the Rams' exhibition opener against the New York Jets.

If you play fantasy football and are in need of a nice sleeper WR. Pick up Laurent Robinson right away. Expect big things this year. I feel that he will put up better numbers then Donnie Avery.

We just need somebody to get the ball to Robinson and Avery. I have both on me team riding the pine since I'm such a homer.

Gibby, I drafted Steven Jackson in my fantasy league. I'm holding you personally accountable for his crap.

So far, pretty bad. Thinking about starting Maroney instead next week.

I drafted him too & what is even worse I took him with my 1st pick (6th overall)

If LT doesn't get better I may go with Sproles instead of Jackson this week.

I had the tenth pick in a ten team draft and got Jackson and Gore 10 and 11.

I also was keen enough to bench Shockey week 1.

I tried to tell Brosco that the Rams will always be playing from behind this year and S Jax won't be able to be utilized the way he should be.

I have S Jax too, so we are all in the same boat together!
