The Spurs can hang it up they have never repeated and that's what they hope to do this year.And Tony Parkers heel/ankle problems more than likely will resurface in the playoffs.
As far as the refs helping Cleveland the NBA knows how to make money.San Antonio vs Detroit was one the lowest rated finals in NBA history.The possibility of that repeating itself was likely so the refs had to do a job on Detroit.Even with LeBron in the finals it still had low ratings.San Antonio just isn't a team most people wanna see play.Last year was the 1st year I have followed the NBA that I didn't watch 1 game at all,not for a second.That had to be the worst match-up ever and that was before the 1st game was played.

Well I didn't see all the trade details until this morning & I gotta say I am extremely happy they picked up PG Delonte West in this trade. I think he will be a great asset to the Cavs being able to run the floor.

Wally is a shooter and a shooter only.Since you say Wally is a 2 and not a 3.What 2's can he guard Ray Allen,Rip,Joe Johnson,Vince????
He can't,and Delonte couldn't get on the floor in Seattle after they traded for him with their points injured.He could fit in better with Cleveland who knows.But come on Wally rubs his teamates the wrong way.Rememberwhen he was Minny and stole a stole a pass intended for KG?

I know.. that's what I was saying.. I was just pointing out that he wouldn't be matched up w/ Lebron and some of the beefier guys at the 3 spot, but he still can't hold down the good 2 guards in the east anyway.

Anyone notice that Gooden has better stats than Wallace. Anyone notice that wallace sucked before detroit became a powerhouse. Notice that on that team he was the worst starter if you think about it. Notice that he sucks again.
And did you notice that the best player involved in that trade was Hughes. And he could shoot (not as good as wally) and drive and possibly guard someone with speed.
Now you are asking Lebron to guard the other teams best guard. He dosent usually do that does he? No, only in the fourth quarter sometimes. And has he ever been known to be a good defender.
I honestly think they may have got worse not better. The only scorer on the court is Lebron. At least before gooden was a minor threat wallace isnt. Now the center is going to be guarded harder. And there is someone to double down on Lebron in the lane and wally's guy can stay on him. Nobody else is going to drive so now your limited severly on offense.
So James better become the best player ever on both ends of the court to carry this team. And right now he isnt even the best in the league.

LeBron doesn't know how to play "D" it ain't in him.He can grab,hold and mug somebody because that's what the NBA want.LeBron on his best day defensively can't guard Paul Pierce or Ray on their worst day.And I use the word defense very loosely when speaking of LeBron.

Houston's season practicaly has ended now. Yao Ming is out for the season with a stress freacture in his foot.

They would have definitely been a team that nobody wanted to play in the 1st round imo, as they are tuff when McGrady is playing well along with Yao. Oh Well. Sad to see that happen.

It will be really tough because they only have Scola and Mutombo as centers. Mutombo can only be counted on for limited minutes so I expect they will have to make some move somehow.
