Other than that, I hate Bertuzzi, Filpula, Franzen, Zetterberg, AND Abdelkader! But, I do like the Wings in general.. The Wings and I have a strange relationship.

Whatcha think was gonna happen when you show me a video like that haha, my boycott quickly ended I go down to Joe Louis arena about 3 times a season to watch the wings and Every time datsyuk gets the puck on his stick, Everyone, all 20 thousand stand up with a lot of excitement in the air. Especially when he's in the attacking zone or weaving his way through two or three players entering the attacking zone. Its a sight to behold that's for sure.

So Zetterburg has been named the captain of the Red Wings now that Lidstrom has retired. I think he is a great choice and will continue the red wings way as the captain. now I have to watch lol

Zetterberg deserves it.

Giroux was just named C of the Flyers. Timmonen will carry one A and Briere and Hartnell will alternate the other A game to game.

So pumped for the Flyers v Pens tomorrow!

I'll be at the AHL Outdoor Classic Alumni game tomorrow so I'll have to DVR it. Although Hershey is playing the Pens farm team so they'll probably be announcing updates during the game.. It'll be hard to not spoil it for later viewing.

Flyers not looking so good. PP/PK are both looking terrible early on. Team can't seem to make a decent pass either. Hopefully they turn it around. Bryz looks decent. They still only play 2 periods of hockey a night.

Hawks are looking good. Detroit and Vancouver do NOT look good at all.

They have to play the rangers and devils 5 times this season too... that's 8 losses. I watched the boston / rangers game last night too... can't see the flyers scoring a few goals on Lundqvist. Okay 0-4

Yeah.. I can't wait for it to start, but I'm almost dreading the game tonight. Especially w/ Hartnell and Schenn having to sit.. And Danny B. still not in the lineup..
Now Gaborik is coming off a big hat trick in an OT win.

Looked really good last night against the Rags.. Play 3 periods every game like that and Philly will cruise into the playoffs.

That 5 on 3 PK was NUTS> and Grossmans check on Gaborik when he bent him backwards into the bench was awesome.

He did, very blatantly. He didn't beat Talbot's ass like that, but he sure made it a point to hit him (twice) after he was on the ice and not even trying to defend himself.
Rinaldo even checked w/ the ref to make sure he didn't throw a punch after his opponent was down and the ref cleared him.
Apparently the Bolts didn't see it that way and their C wanted everyone to know.

Was a great game all around, really fun one to watch.
