I still get nearly no response from the subwoofer I can feel it vibrate sllightly and I can hear a test tone if tested, however even on max volume on the active subwoofer it is now barely noticable. If I switch to all small speakers I get full response and can hear it clearly even on a very low volume on the subwoofer.

Any idea?

How does it sound to you? Do you play music on it?

You can also experiment with the crossover setting, see page 40. Try 150 Hz. However, I don't expect this to make much difference.
