Default List of good quality SD DVD movies?

I have a few SD movies im wondering what are some of the best looking movies recorded in the SD format? Are there any that look really close to HD quality?

I want to test a few of the different DVD players we have around the house.

Not a movie - but Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Live In New York City
This is a 2 disc set; great video and audio.

SW: III Revenge of the Sith is good as well as I, Robot. Actually I, Robot on Blu-Ray is reference quality HD, but the DVD is pretty good as far as DVD goes.

Yeah Super bit DVDs are supposed to be the best quality DVD's you can buy. I think the improvement compared to a standard DVD is debatable though.

Superbit is just a standard DVD and was a terrible marketing idea, not really an improvement. Companies that didn't use the silly marketing term, like Warner, offered DVD's with bitrates as high and quality just as good. I have a few Superbit DVD's and they are all fine, but no different on average than my good DVD's from companies that refused to use the silly, confusing term.
