Remote for Polaroid DRM-2001G DVD Recorder

I am looking for a working remote control for a Polaroid DRM-2001G DVD Recorder. I bought it used from someone on Craigslist and it did not come with a remote when I got it, and I've been tyring to get one for it for months. I've found a comparable replacement model for it online, but I would really like to get an original model, if possible.

If you have one for sale, or know of any links/sites/suggestions where I may be able to get this remote, please feel free to send me a PM, or an e-mail (which I believe I enabled on my profile page). I would really appreciate it.

I own the same unit and I think I have a couple of solutions for you. I live in Florida in the Tampa Bay area and if you are close and have a universal learning remote, we can get to together and program it. Option 2: you can send me a learning remote and I will program it for you, you pay shipping both ways.

Option 3: I can sell you my universal remote already programmed for $40 and I will buy a new one. It's a little worn with tape holding the battery cover on, but it works flawlessly. it'a Universal Remote Control or URC (company name no kiddin') Model RF-20. I refuse to give up the original. I love this machine. Option 4: I buy your unit.

I know this post is over a year old, but I'm in need of a remote for a Polaroid DRM-2001G! I have a Philips PHDVD5 universal that I'd be more than happy to send you to program, if you're interested! Thanks!
