Hi all...
For Local sale only please:
First The Soundcraftsmen PCR800 Stereo Amp. I am the second owner...purchased off of Audiogon about 6 months ago. Powered my RTA11TL's very well. Here is what the origianl owner stated when I purchased:
We are selling our nearly mint amplifier with barely a scratch. This Soundscraftsmen amp has been periodically cleaned and inspected to ensure all operating per spec callout. The cooling fan is temperature controlled and quiet compared to some noisier samples.Side by side comparison with our Adcom gfa555 showed they are equal in sound quality as well as the identical output of 205 watts per channel into 8 ohm load. The amp is also safe down to 2 ohms providing a stout 450 wpc for any power hungry speaker system. The best Hitachi mosfets were employed also used in the famous Hafler mega ampsof the era.
I have found the fan almost non-existant in sound, and haven't even once noticed it. It is truly in very nice shape cosmetically, and functions perfectly.
The Parasound preamp I purchased with an amp, but have no use for it. I have not used it, but heard it hooked up to the amp when purchased. Here is a link to some info on it:

Both items for local purchase in South Jersey 08043. I would not like to ship these. You can look at them, and hook them up however you'd like to test them out before purchase. If you are from the Philadelphia, Central Jersey area, I can meet within reasonable distance, but then you don't get to play with them before you buy.
Soundcraftsmen amp: 200 dollars
Parasound preamp: 125 dollars
