Brand new wireless keyboard w/mouse

I bought a microsoft wireless comfort keyboard w/mouse to use my panel as my puter display but I still need to sit closer than I thought so it is not needed,I paid 89.99 and would like to get 40.00 and I will include shipping. This is microsoft wireless comfort keyboard 4000 this thing works like up to ten feet away no problem, except I can't see the screen even at 42 inches,lol the unit is brand new, flawless 40.00 obo thanks sawz.

I don't get why people say obo(or best offer) ?

Does that mean if one person offered to buy the stuff for $3 and it was the only offer you'd have to agree to it ?
