Remote Control code for Digital Lifestyles TV model WT262

Has anyone had any luck in finding a remote control code for a Digital Lifestyles TV model WT262 ?

I can't determine what company actually makes this brand.

Tried to program the Tivo remote months ago, with no success.

Thought I'd ask.

Bump for the thread.

I got the 26" from woot and just after 1 mo. turned it on and hooked it to a 30 year old tv antenna that's up about 15 feet.

KSEE is one of our stations in 93704 if you want to see antennaweb.org for the distances etc.

The reception of all digital stations is perfect. One station, I suspect, is out of my antenna direction by 50 degrees thus my signal is just above the set's 'weak' rangewhich shows about 50 steps from
weak / normal / good.

The quality is excellant. The color is excellant. I have a 21" KDS crt
monitor which in about 2001 was very high on the list for good
quality video image editing. The HDTV is brighter, the colors are
more saturated and of course it's bigger.

Woot had them for $350 (about) delviered. If you decide that
you like to have one you will have to hope they sell more someday
or look at Buy dot com as they have it and occasionally drop the price.

bump again. Sorry I did't answer the OP. Ahh. I read yesterday that it's possible that LG settings will work on the 26" Digital Lifestyles HDTV.

Can anyone verify that? I don't know where my replacement remote(s) might be so I'm not able to test right now.

PS. If anyone has a chance when they're at Dollar Tree maybe
you can see if they have any $1.00 replacement remotes with LG
in the setup. If so let us know. That would be a fine replacement for a remote that is really needed if this one gets lost.

Bump again. No one has any info? I have found in the mean time a few solutions which most of us should become familiar with in time.

These have been around for a long time to help you run remotes
with a computer.

WinLIRC (wlirc) or LIRC (linux) are used to collect and retransmit
IR signals. Hardware is available and can be as simple as a few parts
plugged into the serial (originally) or USB ports.

IF you're familiar with this then you know there are libraries for most
or many remotes. If someone has , like me, the remote for the Digital Lifestyles HDTV then maybe they , or me, can donate it to
someone to read in the codes and make a library file for it.

Then at least we'll have it and if someone want so download it they'll
have it too.

I found a bit of it ..

An RCA - RCU404 one of the most basic remotes will run the
Digital Lifestyles 26" LCD HDTV pretty well.

Code 019 will run the following


Power on / off
volume
channel - you can't get the xx . x however sorry

A kind of see through status screen Ive never seen. Use the
Back channel to get it. The back channel does not go back.

Lastly the Sleep timer - Is part of the remote. Set it for any
time from 1 min to 99 min and point it at the TV. after the time
is up the remote sends a power off to the set.

They are about $5.00 almost anywhere.

I discovered this info and did not see it anywhere online.

They are talking about using a DirectTV with cable box. I did not
follow the convo very well. If you understand it why not decipher it
