Cheapest route?
What is my cheapest route to control the Directv hr20 and the Panasonic TC-P42S1?

So I assume the HR20 does not have the code updates for the new Panny panels yet...
Doubt this is the cheapest route but the Harmony 510-550 can be found for around $60-$75.. Are these 2 devices all you are trying to control?

Yes,
The input function does not work on the Directv remote to change the TV to blue ray or DVD... it will turn the tv off and control the volume... no input change. I have 2 different remotes so it's not defective.
