Default Help please..

As the title says, I need help choosing a good, easy to program remote.

I was thinking about a logitech Harmony One, but you have to set it up using their website and installing software(I'm not really good at doing this).

Can anyone suggest a good one that's easily programmed and not too expensive(one that I don't have to use my computer to program)?

Here is a list of what I want to control:

Panny TC-P50V10 tv
Sony BDP-S360 Blu-ray player
Dish Network VIP211k Satellite receiver

Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Bob

Any of the Harmony remotes would be your best bet...It's easier than you think and if not you could always have a friend do it for you.

+1

The web interface actually makes programming the remote about as easy as it gets.

What he said! Simple and thorough interface that is easy to use. My 720 is 3 yrs old - just got a Lutron IR remote dimmer and logitech has it in their database. Way cool!

I think its actually kind of fun programming these things. I'm always going back into mine and modifying it.

Got a Harmony One yesterday(Nov 7). Programming was much easier than I anticipated. It only took me about 45 minutes(even with my slow internet connection). Granted, I only have two activities(watch tv and watch blu-ray) but it does everything I want it to do

Now I can finally put away the three remotes that are on my table

Needless to say, I'm extremely happy with the One and very impressed.

Maybe later on I'll do a little customizing but as of now, I'm quite contented.

The One rocks

Regards
Bob
