Hi Everyone,
I have tried to get in touch with Sony to purchase their Extended Warrenty but I get pushed around to the beginning of my calls. Email to Sony Tech comes back with phone numbers (no help). Does anyone have a working phone number. Where I purchased my tv, they do not sell Extended Warrenty and said I could get one from Sony ?????. Almost forgot, I have the Sony KDF60XS955 RP LCD. Thanks. rfont52@mchsi.com |

Go to www.sonystyle.com and you will see a box on the right hand side of the page that will have a link that says extended service plans. That should get you there. I also have a Sony 60in LCD TV and was concidering the Sony plan until I found out they do not cover the projection lamp. Since I have replaced one already (after 7 mos), I needed a plan that would cover it just in case. I got a warranty through Brandsmart USA that covers power surges including lightning, the lamp, in home service, and what the manufacturer's warranty covers for 2 years for $200.00 they even let me split it into 3 payments. The lamp costs $200.00 and I know I will need one if not 2 for the duration of the plan plus living in Florida I get the lightning coverage so it's a good deal for me.
