Default Picture issue with Samsung HL-S4666W

I have recently noticed 5 small black horizontal lines on the screen. They do not show when I am watching something in 4:3. It only is happening when the TV is in 16:9. There is also a lot of artifacting on the edges even when I am watching HDNET. All the cables (component and HDMI) are snug. This also is happening when I go to the TV setup menu.

Is this a color wheel issue or a symptom of the lamp going out? I recently moved and probably damaged something in transit.
